Sounds like a good deal!
The swaps not to bad other than pulling the front end off, but a couple of things come to mind
Have a good cherry picker ready as those cheap China jobs don't like a dressed Cummins.
Remove the back 2 rocker towers for the extra clearance under the cowl.
It was tight with the auto but it might be easier to mate the trans on the engine prior to putting it in with a standard as I found the motor mounts finicky. Good luck
