cowl induction hood

any benifit to cuting holes in hood to let in air?

not beneficial enough to make it worth it to drill holes in your hood no.

i was thinking 4 inch holes with a deflector aimed at air filter its a 3.5inch scoop

There would be some but not enough to hack up a stock hood. You would be better off get a cowl induction hood.

I personally like these style hoods but the don't offer then for the 94-02 year trucks.

its not a stock hood its a fiberglass cowl induction hood
