Cool looking valve covers

On some trucks truck I noticed cool looking painted valve covers. Are these purchased or just removed and painted? Thank You

01, Thinking of upgrading when I install my injectors. Depends on the price.

Not sure what year your truck is, but Hoesli diesel carries some nice ones for the 24valve. He has them painted red, or plain so you can paint it the color of your choice. Check out the link:

Check out my pics. I powder coated mine over 50,000 miles and still looks like the 1st day we coated them.

If you check that out youll see thats not the valve cover off the pickup. Not that it matters, the Cummins one is a whole lot nicer.

You can take your cover to a power coater and get them to do what ever color you want (I like red!). Then have a machine shop plain the top to make the lettering Alum again.....then seal it with some clear......this might be what i am going to do.....

OR heck! Get it anodized! haha...may fade some after a while.....just depends how well they seal it.....but would look cool.....

Dan.. You just want your cover to like mine.. haha..

Those are good prices on those covers.. wish you could still get the black cover.. Just make sure the oil filler is at the correct end of the cover.. some of the EOM covers are at the other end..
