Comp unplugged

Can i unplug my Comp box and remove it when it is in the shop?

Yes you can, but plug the OEM MAP sensor harness back in, not the Edge harness.

Yep, Tiny knows what he's talking about. If you forget to do this you will see a CEL and there will be a P0236, P0237, or P0238 code stored. (I'm not sure which one you'll get because I don't have an Edge.) When I took my TST off I didn't bother unplugging the MAP sensor harness because I knew it wasn't going to hurt anything and I could clear it with my Smarty once I plugged the TST back in.

I left the Comp in the truck turned off, it is a good auto body shop, shouldn't be any problems.
Now i gotta deal with this crappy rental chevy truck gasser for a week.
Could be worse, could be driving a Ford.
