I don't know about the TSt but the Comp is one nice box and would work great with injectors.

If I had it to do over again, I would have went with TST or Blue Chip for my box.

Re:comp or pm3??????

I think the Comp is ok for stock injectors, but not for large injectors. Just a gut feeling I hope to prove some day. I need another box to test it with. Got to save up the bomb funds for that.

I think with the fueling you get the comp would work great with 2's or 3's. I know guys running 2's that really like it.

If you sold the EZ already, then get the Comp, it has the EZ built in, otherwise you'll still need a timming box/boost fooler.

andrew

If you haven't shipped the EZ, keep it. Add to it a TST PM3 and a set of injectors like stage 3's and a turbo. That along with the trans mods you will have a FAST truck. Also get that exhaust fixed with a 4" and a Scotty 2 air box.

Why would I need a timing box/boost fooler?
Isn't that what the PowerMax does??

I thought you could "stack" the EZ and PM3 to get a little more performance.
I decided to order the PM3, bigger fuel lines and high flow banjo's. Then Rod said none of this will work right together unless I get his "kittycat" shift **** ( I ain't gettn' "thingyed&quot for my 4x4 lever. Apparently that is worth another 25 ponies by itself!!! Wonder what kind of gains I could get if I bought the blue wool seat covers too

Seriously tho- Thanks Rod, your customer service is second to none ;D

You can't turn their power increase down like you can with the TST box, and as such, your automatic would seriously suffer. ;D

Rod

They simply don't use the datalink to directly influence timing, and thats why an EZ can be stacked on top of it to get even more timing.

Rod

Re:comp or pm3??????

Push Rod is right.
They can affect time a little bit (and I mean a little) with injection pulse control.
But, Edge boxes can manipulate the Fuel Pump Control module into thinking the fuel pump is in a position that it is really not.
Mechanically affecting fuel delivery (real fuel timing).

--Justin

Re:comp or pm3??????

Kid, as usuall you've been misinformed ;D. TST does do timing, upto 9* when needed. When you add that to an EZ, it's wicked.

Later, Rob
