coil spacers, how much do they settle?

That's exactly what my 285 Goodyears did to me. They handle all conditions great, but even unloaded it got noticably "squishy" on the highway. Towing a heavy load is nerve racking to say the least.

How do these spacers affect the alignment? Seems like holding the frame higher is gonna move the trackbar a bit, so maybe thats why it handles different. Truck just needs an alignment?

I had allignment done and nothing had to be touched.

I have noticed no difference in the way the truck drives, but I haven't towed yet either.
