coil spacer dimensions
Does anyone know for sure that spacers for an 02 will work on a 03? And I am interested in making my own from alluminum, but I need a detailed drawing.

jt

I thought about this too, but I wimped out and bought some. After seeing them, I wished I would have made them and saved the $100+. IT's basically 2 "0"'s with a piece of 3.5 or 4 inch pipe welded between them (can't remember which size) The top "0" has three bolts welded in to match the the top shock tower (there's a ring that will come off if you pull the spring out that can be used as a template). The pipe runs about 1 inch past the bottom "0" to keep the spring located. the whole thing measures 2 inches from the outside of the "0"s. This probably doesn't help much, but if you pull the spring and take a look, it should make sense. The stock shocks will work with this, but it's easier to put new ones on because the shocks will be taken off in the process, and stock ones suck.

one more thing, the outside diameter for the "0"s should be the same size as the top spring cup so it will fit in the cup. Both "0"s are the same OD and ID.
