Cool codes thrown with hypertech programmer??

hi guys,
i have had my hypertech installed for about a month now and i plugged my code reader in just for curiousity sake no light or anything, but i was surprised what i found 3 codes P0216 injection timing control circuit malfunction, P0602 control module Programming error, P1693 Auxilary imputs, Auxilary outputs. Is this normal just due to the tuning??? is that how a dealer can tell it has a tuner?? Truck runs fine I am just curious can i delete these or not???
