See how you come out!

You are more than slightly carried away now. If you want to do that regularily, you have no business looking at the LuK OR the South Bend. Its Micthell or Haisley's clutches for that activity.

i would have agreed with you two years ago, but i belive the southbends dual disks they have right now are as good or better than anything out there. they build a mean pulling clutch, heck they even have sled puller running one. and you know how opinionated he is. and he seems to be doing quit well with it.

Six States Distributers have SB knock-offs if you're interested in saving money, but the quality isn't quite as good.

Well if they are building a true pulling clutch and if Gene is using it, then it must be OK. I apologize for being out of the times a bit.

For a Street and super street puller south bend is making great pulling clutches.
I pull with one, so I should know. I have 13 hooks with my truck now and 2 wins, 1 2nd place.

I have even made back to back pulls in a pull off 5 minutes apart. Clutch holds and works great, no changes to behavior after the pulls eiher.
