I'd assume PDR is now using the latest, greatest compressor wheel from the new Super 40 on all their PDR40s.
The Super 40 is $200 less than a PDR charger-- I think I'd go with Holset on this.
If you're going to spend $1000+ on a turbo, why not get a Phat Shaft 62 from I.I. for <$1200??
