For the record there are 3-4 other injector makers out there who also make good power without alot of heat and smoke. Also you can get their injectors when you want them, and for a few hundred bucks cheaper.

Just to clarify, the numbers in my sig. are the corrected numbers. They were corrected down, uncorrected I was 527HP and around 1089 torque. I put the corrected numbers there because I didn't have a dyno sheet with the uncorrected numbers.

I'm now running nitrous at the track, haven't dynoed with the nitrous yet. I have plenty of fuel from the 4.5 to do so. With the TST Comp on #3 I'm running clean down the track with a .48 shot. With the TST on 6 I'm hazing with the nitrous, just to give you some insight. On fuel only with the TST on 6, I run a 13.4, with the nitrous I went 12.87 on the same settings. This was on a 90 deree plus day, Clay City, KY. I ran a 13.0 on fuel back in Dec. on a nice dry cool day.

A buddy of mine went 530 with Mach 5s and a 62/12 uncorrected. Hope that helps.

I dont know how these guys think there is gonna be lots of smoke with a 64 or 66 turbo and big injectors.

Hahaha there will be lots of smoke if you drive it hard but if your easy on the pedal its not to bad. If your goin with machs go with the 4s or 6s. I dont know if they updated the 5s but i have an old set and they are some dirty ones. If im easy on it its clean but the slightest bit of a grade or more throttle and its got a neck of a haze out the stacks. At idle in gear there is a haze to but i think that comes with any big injectors.
Look at some of the other companys too they make some nice stuff. I just picked up a set of schieds 200 hp injectors of another member for the 01, they are wicked ones. They also haze at idle in gear to. I can drive around clean with them except on big hills, like goin over a mountain(7% gradeor more). DDP and II make some good stuff to so shop around.

Here is the smoke I get from:
66mm turbo
200hp DDP injectors
smarty level 9
TST COMP level 9
(notice they are both turned all the way up)

What are your dyno numbers with that combo using the 66 charger?

519 Thats all you can get with a 66 and "200 HP" injectors. Not to be skeptical, but did you buy them used or new?

Let me borrow your turbo and I'll bet I can turn 519 with my cheap setup. Did you have a stout clutch when you did that run? You do have an HO so I guess I should take back my previous statement about your sticks. I can't argue with the video, that is a clean running machine!

But if at all possible, not ONLY should you go with a smaller housing, but a smaller turbo in general-- a 62mm like the Super Stock 62. You're gonna hate the lag and smoke of a huge single and huge injectors with an auto trans. Now, keep in mind that the aftermarket tranny upgrades are going to tighten up your tranny (which is good); but the tighter trans will only make your lag and smoke worse.
Don't get it twisted Justin- the super 62 will only be slightly quicker than the 64/14. Search for the posts where Randy (charlie8301) went from a super 66 to a 64/14 to a super 62- he reported a small improvement in spool going from the 64 to the super 62 with his hts auto. The smaller housing should help though
