Nope. It computer controlled and all the boxes are some money. The 12V are the ones that you can tinker with. 24V not really at all. However, RV275 injectors are about 40hp and around $300. I like mine, but really getting used to them so I will be looking for a bigger set soon.

You can always remove the silencer ring just for fun...doesnt increase performance though, just makes it louder.

You gotta pull the hose off the front of the turbo. The silencer ring is held on with a small snap ring. Kinda a pain to get out but not to difficult. As far as injectors, many sources. Click on the links up top we have a bunch of sponsors that sell them. I got mine of off Ebay however, and I still have my old injectors to use as a core if need be when I step up to some to bigger sticks (injectors).

Yes it will make it louder. It's easy to do and you can just put it back if it's too loud. The whitle is much better with it out.

Take the hose clamp loose on the front of the turbo and slip the intake hose off. Then get a small flat blade screwdriver and work the snap ring out and throw the silencer ring away.

Those of you putting bigger injectors in.....do you see a noticeable difference in mpg's ? I'm getting 18 mpg out of my stock truck at the moment.. I'd hate to lose that.

look at the turbo....you will see a snap ring, and a tapered ring leading into the compressor. Pull out the snap ring(prepare for some nasty word...it can be touchy) and then pull out the tapered ring.

I just took mine off this weekend, it's easy.

Pull the intake hose off the turbo.

You'll see a snap ring holding the larger "ring". I used a combination of thin flat blade screwdrivers to pry the ring up out of the groove. Once the end of the ring is out you can grab it with needle nose plyers and take it out. Once the snap ring is out the silencer ring will come out too. I did make some metal shavings and vacuumed those out with the shop vac. Shavings are very bad for the turbo and motor

Stock, I'd get 20-21hwy.

DD2s gave me 19-20.5 hwy

Mach4s gave me 20-23hwy.

Yeah but be careful with your airbox in the process of removing the silencer ring...I popped mine loose...x.x so now I am using it as an excuse to get a Scotty Air II, and I really dont think the turbo is that much loud, at least to an Unbearable point. I really enjoy the lil whistle!
