Keep 'em coming!

I'm trying to decided what color to get. I wouldn't mind getting the Wilson FGT dual-fiberglass, but I'm too lazy to piece togother a kit, so I'm just going to get the Firestik II (FS), comes with some extra pieces too (springs).

I'm thinking of mounting mine behind the cab against the front of the bed, spaced in 7-8", so I have room when I put stacks in. Might be a little too close togother, but it would probably look tacky with stacks AND antennas up on the front fenders, no? Anyone have a pic that has both?

BCB...looks like I bought the same setup as you including them springs. Also plan on mounting them in as well to leave room for stacks when I get those in there. Firestick II's. I don't know how well they'll work that close, but I think dual stacks with dual fender-mount antennas would might look tacky, unless someone can provide a pic. I don't want a single antenna either, I just like a balanced look.

yeah i love the balanced look too. i can pick up big rigs for about 6-7 miles on I-40 which is far from straight or level.so they work great for me!

How exactly did you mount them? (See my post a few down from yours to see what I'm talking about)

i drilled two 1/2 inch holes in the bed rail and just treated it like a regular mount. its a little flimsy for the heavy springs but i will go back and reenforce the rail a little and and it will be fine.
