cat-back or turbo-back

cat-back or turbo-back
I am looking at getting a 4" exhaust, single outlet/possibly single stack. Would a turbo-back or cat-back system be better? RPMoutlet.com makes it sound like cat-back is most beneficial. If it is I don't get it b/c the stock 3" downpipe is still there.
Also, rpmoutlet.com seems to have the best price on aluminized 4" exhaust. Anywhere else have inexpensive exhaust systems?

Turbo back will be the best, but maybe you need the cat for emmisions reasons. some people worry about that. I went 4 inch down and 5 inch straight back, and ill never go smaller again.

Your 2000 doesn't have a cat on it. It's actually a resonator. 2nd gen 12 valves built after 1/1/94 came with a cat. 24 valves met the emissions requriements without them. Go with a turbo back system.
