Can I Move the Battery

I was curious if anyone has ever moved the right side battery to where the airbox is next to the firewall; so that there is better room for putting in a better air filter up front without a u-turn hose to the turbo.

It really doesn't look that hard.

Thanks for any thoughts

You won't see any sort of benefit for the amount of work it is to move the battery.

Ok, here's what you need to do. Move the batteries out of the engine bay. Get a cool Optima dual mount from someplace, a couple Optima batteries (so you can mount them on their side), and mount them on the frame rail. Then you have room under the hood for the air compressor on one side, and the train horns on the other!!! Win Win! Ha!
