I run the helix 2 and F1 valve springs. You should run valve springs with a more aggressive cam.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what do you gain in changing cams? And how difficult is it?

Its not very difficult. Its easier with the head off. I installed mine when I and had the head work done.

If you took it to a shop they would charge you around 12-13 hours labor...thats what it calls for in the book.
