bully dog "torque" surging at startup
First off this is not for my truck but for a buddy's. He has an '00 with bully dog's "torque dog" or whatever chip it is. He installed it and when he went to start it up the other morning he said the rpm's kept on fluctuating between 1000 and 500rpm's. And the way he imitated the sound it seemed like it was surge. Any ideas yall? He has a FASS system installed (no clue which one) with a fairly new IP. All was fine untill he installed the chip. Its not new, he bought it used.
