One of the best I've seen yet!
I've checked out numerous commercial and home-brew bumpers and I have to say that is one of the best I've seen from any source. Everything is nice and symmetrical, the welds are very clean and I especially like the contours you used in shaping the unit - it looks brute tough but doesn't look like it's out there and acting like a wind grabber. Other than the little extra weight I doubt it will add any wind resistance to your truck. Kudos man. Well done. I just wish it was mounted to my truck.

I agree with the above comment. I think you did a great job. I really like the look of this bumper more than most of the commercial ones available.
Now it looks as though you are going to have to fab up a set of matching side steps.....

Finally! Looks great. Nothing feels better than finishing up a project, and seeing the end product turn out nice.
I am fixing to start on a set of 2" pipe side steps for my wife's DMAX.
Good Times.

That turned out great Uper!
Just out of curiosity, where did you get the cowl hood? I need one! The only place I've found them are steel ones through LMC Truck for $499 not including shipping. Then to add prep & paint on top = too much for me.
