"Bright" Fog Lights

I am starting to freshen up my 01' and I was wondering what kind of fog lights I can put in the stock positions. that are plug and play and look right and are really bright. What good is cake if i can't eat it too?

TIA

I put a set of PIAA's in my stock location, use stock brackets had to splice into the harness. I will take a pics and post if you want. Or you can just come look at them. BTW I used driving lights instead of fog lights.

Ya I could look at it sometime. What kinda splicing do you mean? As long as its color coded I'll be ok. Can you give me a part number?

I went smaller than stock so I could use the stock brackets. They make a set that are the same size and replace the stocks but the mounting kit is $350.00. Here are a few pics, I am in a hurry so I will explain more later.

so you think these headlights will be just as bad?

I mean as long as the fog lights are brighter than stock and bolt-in, i'll be happy....

Ive been researching similar type headlights to that - and most of the info I have found is that those arent good. They are 1 piece and the fit is supposed to be bad and the adjustment is also bad due to the 1 piece design.

I would say youd be better with the stock housings and a HID conversion. Im still trying to learn more about HID's.

Why not spend your money wisely and get the best bang for the buck?

. I've been stoked about those headlights, but I can research others. I may just go with the clear corners and a HID conversion. But do you think those fog lights will be good stockish replacements as mine are yellowed?

I put clear headlights in my truck with silverstar ultras, and those PIAA's it made a big difference. The clear headlights have some dark spots in them, and they shine a tighter beam than stock. But I am happy the the look and the performance of the combo.
