Braking power and tight torque converters...

For those of you (a lot of you) running tight, low-stall torque converters, does it affect your braking power? I can only assume it would.

Yes, in idle conditions like at a stop light you need to push the peddle in and pay attention so you don’t roll forward and bump the guy in front of you
