box alone or box and injectors?

box alone or box and injectors?
I have a 2001 that is stock except for K&N air and 4" straight pipe exhaust from the turbo back. I want to get the max power I can without having to worry about upgrading the clutch. I was thinking about a Edge EZ an 275 injectors but then I saw for a little less I could just get an Edge comp and no injectors and get about the same advertised power increase. Is there any advantage to going with a milder box and injectors vs. a hotter box alone? I am leaning towards the box alone because of ease of install and cheaper cost but I want to make sure I am going to be happy with it.

The comp with the wire hooked up will add more power than the injectors and EZ will. Enough to roast your tranny. One way you can help us help you is by filling out your signature. Go to the box right below "Member Photos" that says profile. Click on that and scroll down and fill out the box on the bottom. What year? 2 or 4 wheel drive? Auto or stick? 3.54 ro 4.10 rear end gears? Things like that.

First get gauges then get a Comp or a PM3- They have adjustable power levels. Then after you do the clutch, get the injectors ;D

You will be very pleased with the power the Comp gives with the wire hooked up. ;D<br> I had the EZ and DDI's before and this is much better and less smoke.

So the comp is the way to go I guess. What settings should I put it on if I get one to match my current setup? And what is the deal about the wire hooked up or not hooked up? Why would you not hook it up if it is there and supposed to be connected?

Re:box alone or box and injectors?
The reason for the wire is for guys like me who can't afford a built auto. With the wire unhooked, it only adds 60hp/200lb.ft. to the wheels. With it hooked up, 120hp/[glow=red, 2, 300]LOTS[/glow] of torque. To much for the stock auto.
