Bottoming out Fuel Pressure.

Bottoming out Fuel Pressure.
I have been quite concerned about my low fuel pressure during aggressive acceleration. With my 275's and my comp box on 5x5 my pressure would fall to 4 psi. I have looked into new lift pumps and pusher pumps but they seem to create more pressure than my fuel pressure guage(15 psi). Jannetty Racing had a great fix for my problem. They have a stage II fuel system that I installed today. The system changes the lines and line fittings from the lift pump to the fuel filter and from the fuel filter to the injection pump. High grade aluminum elbow fittings and 1/2" braided hose is provided. There is even a fitting provided for the input side of the lift pump and 1/2" hose to replace the smaller 3/8" hose that goes from the aluminum fuel line to the lift pump. Also provided is a fitting for the fuel pressure guage hose for the low pressure side of the injection pump. The price was about $190- $200.
After installation and priming I took it out for a spin. My fuel pressure never dropped below 9 psi even 5x5 on my comp box. Thought someone would like to know. I sure am satisfied!! ;D ;D
