You can install the buckle with the turbo on the truck. When I bought my buckle I couldn't find one with a hook on both ends. So I bought one with a hook one one end and an eyelet on the other. On the eyelet end I just bent it open until it formed a hook to grab on the compressor end.

Thanks for your help guys, i went to the hardware store and bought a turnbuckle and installed it on the wastegate, now i can hit about 33 pounds of boost at wide open throttle and it has dropped the EGTs about 100 to 200 degrees. Is 33 psi of boost to much for this turbo? Thanks for you guys help
