boost gauge? 35psi, 60 psi, or???

i know i can just about peg the 35 lb-er with a stock turbo...so my initial thoughts were to go with a 60psi gauge.

BUT, i'm planning on doing twins next year, and have heard of 60-70 psi as commonplace with a good set of twins (studs, o-rings, etc..of course!) so i was wondering if there was anything else out there, or what you guys would suggest..

i'm looking at the autometer ultra-lites...

THANKS!

JAY

i think that

Isspro offers a 100 psi boost gauge. Now im certain that 100 psi will not be hit unless u are well over 700 rwhp, and even so, ive not heard of any trucks higher than that. Except Willy91 who stated his truck hit 105 psi boost at 800 plus rwhp.. Not sure on its certainty, but it is what i do remember reading..

Rick..

thanks...

i just don't want to max-out the 60 psi with a good amount of still-drivable-on-the-street mods..

I just bought my boost gauge and went with the 60 psi- I was figuring I'd start changing things and would need it someday. I bought the Ultra lites.

60psi will support 700hp with a good setup.

Do you need more?

My old gauage was 60psi and I have a 80psi gauge now. Now you have to decide how far you gonna go. Most street twins, 60psi is about the most you'll see but there always bigger twins that could do much more.

i do know two guys that can peg a 60psi gauge with a single . but both of them have lots of fuel and a really big charger. they arent street driven truck so for a street truck even with twins i think a 60 psi should be ok

You must have a pretty serious runner. Mine, the higher that I've seen is 65psi. You have two gauges, one on the primary turbo and the second on the secondary? How do the gauges look? I'm interesting in doing that and running a gauge for drive pressure. Ton's of gauges alread.
