Boost elbow with aftermarket turbo?

Boost elbow with aftermarket turbo?
Should I be running the boost elbow (provided with the Edge) with my aftermarket turbo? I don't recall seeing a hole in the elbow which is on the turbo now... I just assumed it wasn't necessary... but now I'm second guessing myself. I'm maxing out around 32 psi boost.
