Boost Adjustment

how do i up the boost on an 01 24v. HO. and also where is the fuel plate located and should i just grind one or buy one. sorry for the newbie questions

The only way to up the boost is to disable your wastegate, get an adjustable orifice, or bigger fuel injectors. HOWEVER...if you do this, the computer will sense an overboost condition and throw a code. You can get around this by buying an aftermarket boostfooler, or a fueling/timing box. They will be programmed with a boost fooler.
Since you have an electronically controlled engine, there is no fuel plate. You will have to get an electronic fueling box to do that.

Before you start adding more boost or fuel you're going to want guages

Then when you add the "chip" in your sig- the box or programmer should come with the boost elbow you need for more boost.

No plate on 24v trucks, you'll need a programmer or fuel/timing box.

since it doesnt look like you have gauges i would recommend that you get a edge juice with attude. it will give your gauges you need and give you more power.
