ok so i am about to purchase 3000gsk, #10 plate, 191 dv's(possible lazer cut), and 370 injectors from tst. i would like to know your input on this set up for my truck. i pull a 10-15000 pound trailer and was wondering if i needed to alter the combo above for any reason. also i heard from somebody on here about scheilds lazercut dv's. any info on a good comb would be great as you can see iam about to drop some good money and dont want to spend it twice. thanks for any and all help. marks2500

I think you will like the power you gain from this combo. The only problem I think is going to be your egts when towing. Maybe uprgrade to 4" exhaust and possibley a bigger turbo. I dont tow much so maybe some others will chime with some experience.

Better start saving for a turbo. You will have alot of fuel with that combo. If you don't want a turbo upgrade you will have to spend alot of time watching the pyro. Or buy in stages untill you can swing the pyro pretty quick and see how it goes. (example get the #10plate and the 3gsk and one of the others and try it out for a while)

well guys i called tst and ordered a 3000 gsk, and #10 plate. i then got in contact with sheid diesel and was amazed about the 100cc extra flowing dv's, so i ordered a set of them to. grand total of 599.00 for everything to my door here in so cal. should be here next week and probably take another week to get it installed, keep you posted. thanks guys marks2500

well everything above is installed including an adjustable boost elbo from tst, HOLLY COW this truck just went from ok to HOLD ONTO YOUR LUNCH lots of smoke 40+ psi boost not to bad on the pyro,all i can say is get 3k springs,#10 plate,boost elbo and you will have the bombing bug BIG TIME since i was in the pump the dv"s were an added surprise. WHAT ARE YOU DOING STILL READING GET ON THE PHONE AND GET SOME! sorry iam going for a hot lap, see yah

well the hot lap was alot of fun until i blew the bootom boot off sure made a loud pop! this is the best money i have spent on the truck cant wait for the hx35/40, exhaust and BIGGER injectors. have a good one. Mark

Some 370s should fill the bill. With 370s, 3kGSK and Laser-cuts, I'd think you'd have well over 500hp worth of fuel....

I'm in the process of getting a set of laser cut DV's from J.R. Adkins. Otherwise I'm running everything that you have plus the 370 injectors and can tell you I can get it plenty hot even with the HTB2. Now understand that I have a #100 plate so don't defuel on the top like your #10 will but you may want to look into something more than the 35/40 hybrid if you tow heavy or drive heavy. Bumping your timing up a bit more can also help. Mine is 17+. Cruising temps are great even under some load (650 - 700) but punch it and not back out and the temps climb.
