Anyone using this :
Fuel Filter cap Geno's Garage

Considering getting it and mounting fuel pressure gauge there. Wondering if anyone is using it and if the gauge still gets pulses from the VP44 at that location. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with this product????????

My 98 has test ports there stock and I have never had a problem with gauge pulses even if I open the needle valve all the way? I think the 5 feet of SS braid to the gauge must help against pulsations a little also?

 

will that be post filter then?? Thought the bottom of the filter canister was post filter??

 

Not to sure... On mine it had 2 ports one in the middle and one to the front and the one outside (to the front) of the filter was post. Genos will know.

 

Port there would have to be pre filter.
