bigger turbo?

I just put a KSB-1 on my truck with much smaller injectors than yours and a comp and it's real nice. Hardly any noticeable lag, TONS of top end, great street manners, it's the best of both worlds. Even when I have the comp on 2x2 it spools great. It would work great with your catcher and 1.6's if that's all you have on there. This turbo is probably best suited to the 400-450hp and under crowd. On my setup, I dynoed 371hp and at a sustained 117mph my EGT's are 1220-1250*. A lot better than 1500* by 80mph.

the EGTS go up real fast so im thinking bigger turbo I have hit 1200 but had to back out cuz of speed...(90 +) I have a max boost of 35psi and im wondering just how hot it will get towing 23k? will that turbo let me keep the exhaust brake? and who sells them?

My roommates HO with a comp and mach 1.5's could easily hit 1500* pulling 3k if he ran the box on 5X5. I would imagine that you could hit the same. The KSB-1 would probably be a good upgrade for you. I don't know if you could keep your exhaust brake though. The KSB-1 has a full 4" exhaust outlet and needs a full 4" down pipe. Have you looked into getting a scotty 2 intake to help keep things cool?
