I believe mine weighs around 130 lbs.
Also, how is a frame mounted bumper unsprung weight? I guess it would be if you mounted in on the front axle instead.

Unsprung is when it weighs so much that your front springs collapse over speed bumps!!
How does the aluminum wear?
Did you isolate the bumper from the frame to prevent corrosion?
