Nice run. What did your EGTs get up to? With my jammer 4s I still hit 1600 with the adrenaline and 62/12. You have slightly larger injectors so I was wondering how hot you got.

Good numbers!!! I will be trying out the smarty stacked on top of the dyno tune to see if it will push me over 550hp. With the 62/12 I was hitting 1600 degrees easy on the dyno though

Bigger tires will never help you on a DJ. They may increase load on the engine, but at the cost of inertial acceleration to the rollers.

BB24-- the .8hp under 500 is within the margin of error on these dynos. You have a legit 500hp truck, I don't care what anyone says.

I NEED an adrenaline!

I wonder just how far my modded HX35 could go with the rev capabilities of this unit. Remember, the higher an engine revs, the less boost it needs for a given amount of HP-- thus the stock charger can make more HP because the 35psi or so of useful boost it can make goes farther.

Yes you do! Just installed mine the other day and it's sick. The defueling is so smooth, you barely even notice it.

Thanks Hohn, so far you're the first one to say I have a legit 500 HP. I figured at 2200 ft elevation, there has to be at least a justifiable 0.0016 correction factor for sea level calibration.

The guys at Comp D think I need to have a race with the old banned Big Blue who started the whole Big Blue Syndrome

Marine,
According to Quad's built in datalogger on the Adrenaline, 1380 max egt, 40 psi boost. I didn't remember to look at the engine load number, although it never hits 100% on the street so I don't really understand what/how it measures.

Thanks to everyone for the great wealth of knowledge, without this site, there is no way my truck could put down 400 HP for the measly 2K I have spent on mods.

Congrats on those numbers Blue! Seeing these numbers out of your truck is very good news for me.... as I plan to by next summer, be running the Adrenaline/Jammer 5s/HPFP 1/2" line and hopefully a 62/14.

Again very impressive!

Is anyone else seeing some irony to this^^^ statement?

I'm not buying a module for DEfueling. I'm buying it for THEfueling.

Yeah I kind of wondered why, with all the features and the amount of power availible through the adrenaline, that he picked the defueling to point out.

Problem is most people, like me, don't have enough turbo for the darn thing! No more staring at the pyro wondering when to back out of it. Just put it to the floor and don't worry.

GFB, we have nearly identical setups, except for the turbo. Why don't you find a local dynojet so we can see how the Super B compares to a stock 3rd gen turbo. I have theories that the Super B will not perform as well as the HE351, but I have no solid proof. The Super B is rated for 425HP, but I bet you could squeeze more than 450 out of it.

I have read about a couple of 06' guys who upgraded to the super B and felt that it wasn't a noticeable upgrade but maybe even a step backwards.

And don't take that as a bash, if I would have had the money for a Super B six months ago before I thought of the frankenstein setup, I would have probably went with the super B with plans for some home brew twins later.

The Super B has a larger turbine wheel and larger exhaust housing so it should handle nitrous or excessive fueling better than the HE, just wondering if you have ever dynoed that setup.

I would be proud of those #'s that is awesome. I wouldnt worry about the corrected #'s to much. The way I see it, it doesnt really matter what my truck would make on average anywhere else just what it makes when it's straped down.
