Re:BHAF stock numbers
I have had it in there for about a year and a half now, and have not melted anything. I have only been able to tow any weight (about 6k) for any sort of distance a couple of times now and my EGT's don't seem to be a problem, the truck runs empty 99% of the time. Also I live in a moderate climate (the Pacific Nortwest coast) so high ambient temps are not a problem.

Jim

Here's the template.
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...p;onlynewfaq=1
Word document.
Print it out, cut it up and tape it together.
Any old sheet metal will do.
Some have even made it out of diamond plate.
Another hint, is take some rubber hose, cut a slit in it, and run it along all the sharp edges.

Phox,

Thanks for the template. I was thinking of using aluminum. (I heard it displaced heat better and it's really light ;D) Any body ever use aluminum?

Dave
