Bhaf

is there a specific brand or part number that y'all use to build your BHAF? or just find something that fits by trial and error?

Learn to use the search feature, instead of waiting a few days for an answer you could have on immediately with step by step instructions on how to build it even though its as simple as dirt. I believe napas number is 2790, correct me if im wrong boys. Id first check out fleetfilter.com alot of guys claim better prices there. Hope it helps

are you running a prefilter on that? if so how quickly does it plug up? also is the bhaf washable and reuseable?

BHAF is not washable. The colored pre filter is. It slips over the BHAF and extends it's life. Not necessary to use the pre filter if you don't want it.

You can also get the prefilter there at vulcan as well.

My pre-filter I can wash, but it does not look bad after a couple of years. My BAHF, I take it off and give it a little rap on the table and then blow it out (low pressure air) from the inside out. It actually stays pretty clean. I don't live in the country nor do we have winter with that white stuff that comes down. I am real happy with mine.

put mine on yesterday....luv the sound it gives the turbo! sounds like it moves a lot of air a lot easier than the stock plugged up filter. lol now i just gotta fab up a heat guard. are most of u guys boxing it up on 3 sides or just putting up a shield on the turbo side?
