Better steering!!!
I added a BD steering stabilizer to my truck yesterday, wow what a difference. I wish I would have did it a long time ago, like a year ago when I lifted my truck.

If you track bar is worn, have a look at the 'Lukes Link'. I put one on mine. It is adjustable and they claim it will last the lifetime of the truck.
I also have a steering stabilizer and yes they definitlely help.

If you have the money Id do a track bar too. Never hurts to have a solid front end.
I have a BD SBS as well and like the dif, plan on addin a track bar as well.. If this power bug will get of my back long enough too that is .

A 3rd gen track bar upgrade its one of the best front end upgrades you can do. You have an adjustable track bar? Lifted trucks really should have an adjustable track bar. If you don't it will shift the front axle more to one side.

It just add reforcement to the bottom off the power steering box. There is so much movement under the truck and the power steering gearbox takes most of it. That will add extra stiffness and a firmer feel to your drive. Its just one of the nice steering upgrades. The best is the 3rd gen track bar, the steering brace and a new steering gearbox (of course you have to have a decent condition front end). The last issue is most steering gearboxes available are rebuilds, nobody sells a new one. I had to return two rebuilt gearboxs as they where worst than the one that I was pulling out of the truck.
How tight is your the nut on the pitman arm? I put two flat washers on mine and cranked the heck out of mine. Almost like a brand new frontend again. There is lots of movement in that area. You can see that just by rotating the steering shaft on the gearbox.
