Best twin set for this application

My brother has a 1999 24v 2wd with a built tranny and bullydog 5's along with a drag comp and smarty. He has been running the stock HX35 but has been costantly running it at about 42-45 lbs under full throttle. Now he knows thats not gonna last long so we have been talking about putting twin turbo's on it. He plans on drag racing it so what do you guys think is the best set up for what he has? Thanks for the help.

I'd go with a 62mm or 64mm turbo on top with an S400 on bottom.

For Garretts, you could do a GT4088 on top of a GT4508, which would support over 650hp.

Seal it up with a good Cometic gasket and some super-stout Custom Age 625 studs.

Good choice on turbos..... I would not use the cometic HG yet, I would let some time go by and see reliability over time with cylinder pressure. Some of the Cometic HG's in the past didn't work out so well. Just my $.02 worth.

So whats the best way of sealing it up? Marine gasket? Or is O-ringing still the option of choice?

It really depends on what you use the truck for..... On a daily driver I like good old O-rings and a modded 12v gasket. For the competition only vehicle with no street use I like fire-rings. The Cometics HG may be great but time will tell.
