All I have to say is these guys are a First class A-1 outfit they have been on top of every problem I had and without any questions they sorted out my problems and got me taken care of so that I had fuel going back to the VP.

They sent everything OVER NIGHT!!! and took care of me without any questions.

Toby was just awesome to work with and was real willing to walk me through any problems I had, both him and Charlie are what customer service is all about.

Thanks guys!! I doubt there is a better product out there, but if there is I know that your customer service would blow anybody else out of the water. For this reason alone I would buy from you again and send anyone I know in your direction.

i just found out i literally live 30 min from pure flow! i wanted air dog anyway!! glad for the info. i wil go with it for sure now!!

 

You won't be sorry they are great to deal with I wished all the aftermarket companies did business like this.

 

I have to agree the best customer service almost feel like taking a trip out and spend time with the man he was so nice on the phone and down to earth Ed+++plus the dog has performed flawlessly for a long time now.

 

I like my Airdog. Wouldn't know about their customer service. I haven't had to use it in over 100,000 miles now.
