Can anyone tell me if a Pendaliner Boxliner for a 2003 will fit my 1999?
also can you give a pro and con to the "over the rail vs under the rail liners?
My spray on from the factory is chipping and looks bad. Have not been that impressed with it so far. Stuff in the back still dents the box.

I don't care for slide in box liners at all...too slippery.
If you want one..stay away from over the rail type. Never saw one that did not look "cheap" and poor fitting to me, and they must rub on the paint. Just my thoughts.
