On another note, I know I have buddy with similar mods as me but is way slower. Maybe my truck is a freak

Dont ask me how but it may have allot to do with the difference between the 12 and 24v engines. I have only just started to play with this 12v and already I have found some suprising differences. With just a GSK kit and a #10 plate this 12v (both trucks were identical configurations 98 QC/LB/4X4/Autos) has way more lower end grunt than my 24v with twins injectors and a drag comp had. I can say the 24v would out pull the 12v upstairs by quite a bit but I have only spent $200 on the 12v so far. The 12v hits 37lbs of boost with just the plate and the GSK kit (180hp + maybe another 60for the plate and springs =240hp) and that is what my 24v hit with the comp(215hp + 120 for the comp= 335hp) How can the two have the same boost yet be so far off in power, is it due to the better flow design of the 24v? Then how come the 12v feels faster then the 24v with just the comp? I can only say this is gonna get intreresting once I get my twins on!

Correct, it is hard to accurately compare turbo performance between a 12v and a 24v.

I have a few more questions... Will my AFE mega cannon intake tube work with the super b or is the inlet side a larger diameter? Also, I have read that the exhaust manifold has two bolt holes and two studs to mount the hx 35, will the super b mount on the same way or will I have to remove the studs and get new bolts else where? I have pretty well decided that this is the turbo for me thanks to all of the info on this site, I just wanted to ask these questions to make sure that I have everything to install it and not have to use it as a decoration on my living room table while waiting on a little part Thanks again
