Anyone have any expierience? The Ol truck is starting to give up the trans ghost with just an edge ez. I can get a "stage 1" for about 2425.00 less converter. I am not sure what a stage 1 is really but I am sure a few of you guys will chime in. I am not stuck on bd at all just a price that I can get it for seemed good.

 

I just had my built by a local shop. The used the BD converter (single dist with two clutch plates on it) pulled everything out except the flexplate, and the shafts. All clutch packs, planetaries, I mean everything was done including a 30,000 gvw aux cooler. Derale 15950 it comes with everything needed except a brace or frame to mount to. I got mine from summit, quick shipping and very affordable. Mine cost me $4,095.60 and I love it!! I am going to do a pressure lock when I recover from the cost of the tranny...
