Banks cam plate numbers

When i bought my truck the previous owner had a banks powerpack done on it . I would like to know what the banks plate numbers are compared to other plates and also what are people in the 400 rwhp range running for plates.

most common plate will be the #10 and #100 in the 400hp range, along with other fuel upgrades though, theres more plates but those will work.

I had the banks plate in my truck, i'd say it was close to a number 12 or somthing? It wasn't even close to a 10, I had to grind alot off to get it to a 10, then I just ended up grinding it to a 100 and i'm happy.

All of Banks Fuel Cam Plates are done by TST and have their own numbering system which vastly differs from the regular TST numbers.I do not think that there ever was a listing for what their plate numbers represented.

To get to 400rwhp in a auto you will need at least a 4 plate and some tuning on your setup.Delivery valves will help but without a turbo your talking heat and lots of it.400 can be made without the id of a bigger charger and headstuds, but, engine longevity will sacrificed....Andy
