I am new to this site and will post some pics of my truck asap. I am thinking about buying the Banks Ram Air Intake. Has anybody purchased it and will it make that big of a difference? I found it for 300 dollars. I also have an edge ez on the truck and fixing to get 4inch exhaust. Can u put a programmer such as the superchip or smarty on top of the edge ez? My next move is 4 inch exhaust and maybe some 65hp injectors. Not sure to go with a programmer with the ez or the injectors.

one member on here lost horsepower on the dyno. i would say not a good idea for how much they cost.

You can stack the smarty and the EZ, that'd make a nice little combo for a fairly stock truck.

And I wouldn't waste your money on the High Ram from Banks.......it's not worth the money and it doesn't make any noticeable improvements.

ATS sells one that is similar to the Banks, but they have ports on the back for adding nitrous or water/methanol.....where Banks doesn't.
