I have an Autometer Phantom boost gauge. My bulb went out (bought it used and didn't feel like replacing it) but during the day, you can easily tell your boost. I just wished mine was a 60 pound gauge. I would definitely buy another one.

I have a 60 psi Autometer Phantom boost gauge in my 98 and I would say it is too bright at night. To the point on a dark road it makes it difficult to drive. Like some one is shining a small flashlight in you face. I believe it has led bulbs. I am planning to buy the dimmer kit they sell so you can turn down the brightness of the gauge.

I have an Autometer Phantom oil psi guage. It is actually slightly brighter than the factory guages at night, and the lighting arrangement is different, but It is the closest I could get to the factory look too. Mine is hooked into the factory dimming wire as well. I like it overall.
