Re:Autometer 0 to 50psi Boost Gauge?

I know I have to buy yet another gauge.

I was just curious who had these, I know they are customs jobs, thats just the one I had sitting here.

Pretty soon my 0 to 60psi will be history as well.

Oh well maybe 4th times a charm for boost gauges? I've had the 0 to 35, the 0 to 50, the 0 to 60 .... and most likely a Dakota Digital for the next step.

I'm gonna try a Autometer Cobalt EGT gauge, Dakota Digital boost, Dakota Digital fuel pressure. Hopefully that will look ok in my dash pod.

Hehe, I pegged my poor old 60 pounder today after some fueling changes. Who said you need nitrous to build boost with a single big charger??!! I dynoed a few sets of 12 valve injectors today. They are cool. More power than good old 370's and less smoke.

Time to get a bigger charger now ;D 85PSi from a single charger would be sweet.

Don~

Re:Autometer 0 to 50psi Boost Gauge?

Hey Eric , I can say one thing and that would be the autometer is dead on accurate. I checked Mine against the Blue chip and found it to be dead on with it (ONLY UNTIL 50 LBS) The Blue chip keeps on going past the 50 mark. *Note I hit 56 when I had the Hx 35 Pdr when the gate stuck closed The Pdr 40 is back in the norm at 38-40 lbs and both guages are dead nits accurate.
