OK....well after changin and adjusting the wiring to fit the newly updated wiring diagram....it still doesn't work.
I set it up wire by wire till it was complete...then rechecked it 2 times. All the wiring is as per the diagram. I really like this idea, so It would be great to get it working properly.

It does nothing. You can hear the Brake relay click...and you can feel the other relays click....I don't remember the exact sequence...which one when....but nothing happens. Next time I'm near the truck I'll check....but when we put it together it had 12v going to the converter wire.

Me and josh wired your relays system up just as the diagam, but nothing happens. One way on the switch it gives 12v and the gother there is none. The only thing what works is the brake relay clicking when you step on the brake.
Are we looking for 12v to the TQ wire or ground? I thought every one else gives it a ground?
Any help would be great.

In the Norm (ECM) controling the torque lock up the Orange and black striped wire has 12V. In the locked postion it has 12V. In the unlocked up Postion it has none and is grounded. Nothing happens. I have pictures but can't seem to figure out how to attach pic's. The only thing that i noticed was different is that on your relays (your pic) the 85 is on the left but on my relays the 85 is on right. And the same for 86, mine is on the left. Does this matter?
Please help me figure this out.

I did notice the wiring diagram changed from the first post with diagram to the second and the final. The first shows the unlock side of the MOM switch going to 86 of the AUR the second diagram the unlock side to 86 of the TCR. The lock side of the MOM is also reversed from the first to the second diagrams. Since wiring like the second diagram doesn't work, perhaps trying like the first. Got....diesel, what do you think?

sorry for the absence guys...been in and out of town. I hav installed and am using this package on the truck with no probs. Firstly, The torque converter lock-up signal is most definitely NOT positive. It is NEGATIVE.....both by the factory PCM and this package if wired correctly. The ENTIRE toggle switch is ground signals. The center common pole receives a ground from a chassis hook somewhere of your choice. Don't let the appearance of the switch fool you. When the toggle is moved towards the "lock position" (right, by the diagram), the poles on the left of the switch are utilized. Notice the lock position sends ground to the 86 of the TCR, as well as the torque converter, because they are on the same terminal. When the TCR is energized by this signal, ground is passed through the 30 to the 87 of the TCR. This ground comes from a dfaisy chain of connections terminating at a ground source......the same one as the switch BTW. From the TCR, this ground supplies the 30 on the AUR. Because this AUR is unenergized, the ground passes through its normally closed 87a contacts back to the 86 on the TCR....which "coincidentally" keeps the converter grounded as well. This is called "latching" a relay. The only time it will shut down, is if the AUR relay receives a ground signal from either the "unlock" position of the toggle switch, or through the BR ground circuit. This is because when the AUR receives one of these signals, it energizes, opening its contacts and interrupting the negative coil circuit to the TCR. Keep in mind 90% of this system is negative. The only positives are A) constant power for the relay coils (which are switched by negatives), and B) positive power from the brake switch to control the BR relay ( because the brake system is positive).
I am afraid I don't know what problems you are experiencing because I am not there to help. But pay attention to the colors and don't confuse reds and blacks. This is not meant as insult, but even the most experienced sparkys confuse them sometimes when there are enough wires!! Also, wire the switch EXACTLY the way it shows, and the lock/unlock positions should also be EXACTLY as they show. Example.....moving the switch to the right, utilizes the left set of contacts on the back!!!!

perkins...as long as the TC wiring is the same at the PCM then yes, it should I believe.
silverram...if you follow the diagram explicitly, you will see the terminals you mentioned above should all be ground, not positive. I will once again attach the diagram, DON'T pay attention to where the terminals physically are on the diagram, pay attention to the numbers!! if you show pos 12v on AUR 86, TCR 86, and BR 87, you are backwards.......these should all be ground signals.
BTW guys, this diagram is the actual wiring diagram.....the other one I posted is merely a schematic. All of the wires end up in the same place on both, but for drawing simplicity on the schematic, wiring shorcuts have been utilized, a common practice on scematics. Use this diagram below to save confusion please!!
