ATS, DTT.......or

As far as a Torque Convert, valve body and a trans controller, what would you suggest?

Thanks!

I personally have been extremely happy with my DTT setup and would do it again in a minute. So far 115k on it and while I would do it again in a minute I am hoping that minute doesnt come for quite some time.

I would look into a Goerend their customer service is awsome, and reasonalby priced, I use to be all about DTT and I fried one of their converters after 1 1/2 years and they weren't to willing to help me out, needless to say my truck sat for 3 weeks.Waiting on repair. Goerend would have had one out to me to change on the spot and only been down one day.

That's kinda distrubing considering I just put a DTT valve body and converter in my truck. Your good feedback from them was part of the reason...oh well. Although I couldnt pass up on the price, so I went with it. If I was buying from a vendor it would probably be Goerend, although DTT spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions and tracking down issues.

Well not everbody has had that luck, hope i didn't steer you in the wrong direction, I was pushin mine pretty hard with my horsepower. I see your's is a 89% is it used, cause the changed their converters and stoped labeling them like that but i think the older blue converters were built better than my black one.

I have a old blue one and I got it used. It's working good, but if I dont get some kinda credit from DTT towards a new one when the trans poops, I might be switching to someone else. Goerend's lifetime warranty is hard to beat and his customer service reflects the kind of person he is and company he runs. Dont worry about steering me wrong, the price was right and I saw guys running well with them so I went for it. Even if it only works for a year I'll be happy.

I am running a DTT and have had better than excellent customer service.

I would say that I would have them do the next one, but I have to break this one first.

Only issue I have ever had was a broken boost valve retainer. This was a stock part and they had it fixed and back on my way with a super heavy duty part in about an hour.

They took the opportunity to pull the VB, clean and inspect everything for wear. It got buttoned back up and I was off to the races. I have towed more than one truck up to those guys and once from one of their competetors.

I can't say enough good things about these folks.
