Got some pics of the bracket for you. It is just a "U" shaped extender bracket, easy to make & holds it far away for clearance. I think I better paint my manifold soon. WOW! is it looking rusty.

I hate the results of this manifold!!! Probably the worst $550.00 I have ever spent. Now every little noise rumbles through the exhaust and it has a horrible drone as I come to a stop prior to final idle down. I knew I should have went with the ol' faithful BD stuff!!!

They sure did but I still hate this flippin' manifold. My truck now makes all kind of new noises???

 

When I installed mine it didn't change the sounds of the engine, just made the turbo spool faster. I'd send it back if I were you, if you don't like it, $550 isn't gonna let it "grow on you". I only paid $390. for my HTT 2 years ago. I need to paint it already, the coating didn't last long. My truck gets neglected in the winter & shined in the summer. I don't understand why your ATS is so different than a BD, My brother has the ATS on his 04.5 & it is awesome.

 

What kind of noises are we talking about? When I did mine, I never really noticed any difference, other than it had one less crack than the one it just replaced. Are you getting a leak at the head by any chance?

 

I can admit when I'm an idiot and yes, I'm and idiot!! I forgot to check the path of my downpipe and it was rubbing on the frame. I forgot to line it up like I always have in the past repairs. Small problem, big worries for nothing. I'm done posting untill I get my Adrenaline back in my silly hands!!!

 

Boy, you must have a nice warm shop.. I put off some of my work until it gets closer to 0.
