How many times can a guy use studs over? Say 2,3,4...... head jobs

I have been told that they can last through quite a few heads. I know I am on my second already

Best thing to do is to measure them before installation. On tear down, measure them again, and see how much permanent stretch there is. I'm sure ARP has a spec for how much they can stretch without yielding.
