OK made a new box over the weekend to a front firing and run a 149.8 DB pretty nice gain for 2 12's with just a box change!

if you guys want the 12's facing forward and dont want to give up your back seat, why dont you make a box that you can sit on. i have 2 15 kickers in a differnet wana b truck. i think i measured it one day and i think if you make a custom box you could run 15's. all you need to do is make the box and when you carpet it put foam under carpet. the seat/box might be a little higher but not too bad. if i have time one day i plan on putting my 15's in the quad cab in my 97. for me the biggest problem is were to put the amps. doogie

Could this be down to a downfire box?

I don't know a thing about subs, but what I've gathered, downfire is the way to go for quality sound, not loudness, Correct??

Great, You have no idea how much I appreciate it.

It really sucks being a dummy on this stuff, and living in the middle of nowhere with no stero shops.
