Anyone softened up the suspension?
Ive got a 2500 with rancho 9000x's that I installed a few months ago. The ride is still really bad however since ( I think ) the truck is oversprung so that it can haul more weight and remain stable.
I dont intend to haul anything more than a couple of motorcycles in my case, so I was wondering if anyone had re-sprung their truck or found any shocks that allowed independant compression and rebound adjustments so I can dial in a bit more rebound and get rid of the bounciness. It wanders over washboard bumps and its scary under heavy braking on poor roads.

Wow, mine floats like an old Caddy with the old-style 5-position Rancho 9000s set to 3 in front and 2 in back. I don't know why they wouldn't soften up the ride on a 2500 as well.

Hmmm....obviously you're fighting a different problem than I was. When running empty, the stock rear shocks were too stiff in compression and the fronts were too soft (floaty) in rebound.
