Anyone running Parnelli Jones????
Got the lift ;D ,waiting a decision on tires ???. I was really considering Procomp X terrains, but ive seen a few trucks on the Parnellis. Sound/ride quality??? I like the looks of swampers, but a ferd buddy has them, and boy those things are horribly loud and ride like poo. Any thoughts? :-

I run the PJ's and love them ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I also put them on my daughters lifted Tahoe.
Considering I took Super Swampers off and put the PJ's on MAN I LOVE THESE PJ's

There are a few pics of them in my pics...
They do great off road and are awesome and well mannered on road. 10 ply rated and balanced easy.
Sure they cost more than my Swampers but now I know I am going to do alright off road and still have cab "sanctaury" on road.
It will have to be a great tire to beat these for my next purchase in my narrow choices for my tire size. (36x14.5x16.5)

Re:Anyone running Parnelli Jones????
Thanks DB,
Really I think it pencils out to be a value when you figure that the Super Swampers don't last very well and their best ride is the first 7000 miles, after that they are pretty much a pain.
I can't say how long the PJ's will last but I have every indication thus far that they will go ALOT further than the SS's did and need alot less rotations.

Re:Anyone running Parnelli Jones????
I run 38" PJ's on mine and I love them also. They are well worth the extra money over the Swampers. My last set of 38" Swampers lasted MAYBE 12,000 miles. I already have around 20,000 miles on my PJ's and they still have 1/2 tread remaining!!! No kidding. They balanced easier, ride smoother, and they are way quieter! I will never buy different tires for my Dodge again!
